Alberhill Villages

The proposed project was a 1,400-acre new community including residential, commercial, higher education, and medical space.

Due to a difficult past history with the city council, the developer was prevented from obtaining approvals on development. To help provide options, our team developed a detailed strategy that included building a community coalition of support, messaged the development to the community, and qualified an initiative to be placed on the ballot. The ballot initiative was leveraged to open new conversations with the City which did ultimately approve the project.
