Long Beach, CAAfter managing communications during an extensive renovation of the grounds and mid-century modern clubhouse and pool, Dolphin re-positioned Belmont Shores as a creative, design-forward 55+ community.
The identity system includes the sub-branded clubhouse—a hub for resident social activity and events.
The website for Belmont Shores was also completely redesigned and rewritten to better reflect its new positioning.
The result has informed all aspects of Belmont Shores identity, marketing, and signage, and revived interest in this quirky, engaging residential development.
