Dolphin Group works with the Chick-fil-A team to help get stores entitled and processed through the permitting approval in various cities across California.

Our work involves political analysis of the local environment, building a coalition of community supporters, identifying and activating credible third-party supporters, community forums, and turnout of supporters for planning commission hearings and city council meetings.
